About us

Mgr. Ing. Milan Fric, LL.M. has been practicing law since 2008, during his career he has worked with international law firms such as Allen & Overy, Salans (now Dentons), leading German law firm Noerr and PwC Legal. After graduating from law school in the Czech Republic, he also successfully completed a postgraduate LL.M. degree in "International Business and Commercial Law" in the UK at the University of Manchester. At the beginning of 2019, he became an independent attorney and since then he has been working mainly with private clients from foreign and Czech companies as well as private individuals. He also lectures on selected legal issues at conferences and seminars or served as an advisor at the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic.

At our law firm, we have an understanding of our clients' businesses and are able to promote their interests in the given business environment. We also view individual cases in an economic and tax context. At the same time, we work with selected tax advisors, accountants, notaries and translators to ensure that the benefit to the client is as high as possible and that the client receives a full and professional service. All advice, including the preparation of contractual documents, is provided in Czech and English as standard.

    • Our liability and insurance

    Although there has never been an insurance claim caused by our misconduct, we have arranged professional indemnity insurance with cover in excess of the legal requirement (CZK 7 million) for the greater certainty of our clients. This professional indemnity insurance cover is taken out up to a maximum of CZK 30 million, with the proviso that if a particular situation (deal) requires it, we take out additional insurance above this amount, taking into account the value of the project.
